Comments and discussions

Features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your country or jurisdiction to create and use a Lekhak account.

If you are under the applicable age, you may use Lekhak only with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the Services.

3. Creating an Account

Some features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

Maintain the security of your password

You retain ownership of the original content you create and submit to Lekhak, subject to the rights and licenses described in these Terms.

Recipes
Confessions

Images

Other creative works

You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

6. License to Lekhak

When you upload or publish content on Lekhak, you grant Lekhak a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, format, display, distribute, and make your content available through the Services.

This license is necessary for us to operate features such as:

Publishing
Search
Recommendations
Feeds
User profiles
Sharing
Content previews
Notifications
Analytics
Backups
Content delivery
Mobile and web applications

This license does not transfer ownership of your original content to Lekhak.

Where technically and legally applicable, the license ends when you delete your content or account, except for copies that must be retained for legitimate purposes such as backups, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms.

7. Content You Must Not Publish

You may not use Lekhak to publish, upload, transmit, or distribute content that:

Promotes violence or terrorism
Threatens or harasses another person
Contains serious or credible threats
Promotes hatred against protected groups
Contains sexually explicit material where prohibited
Exploits or sexualizes minors
Promotes child sexual abuse
Encourages self-harm or suicide
Promotes dangerous criminal activity
Contains malware or malicious code
Attempts to steal passwords or personal information
Is fraudulent or intentionally deceptive
Impersonates another person
Infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
Publishes private personal information without authorization
Contains spam or excessive promotional material
Attempts to manipulate platform rankings or engagement
Violates applicable laws
Violates the rights of another person

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

8. Harassment and Abuse

Lekhak is intended to provide a space for people to express themselves and interact respectfully.

You may not use the Services to repeatedly:

Threaten another user
Bully or intimidate another person
Encourage others to target someone
Publish someone's private information
Create accounts to evade moderation
Coordinate abusive campaigns

Criticism and disagreement are allowed, but abusive behavior is not.

9. Confessions and Anonymous Content

Lekhak may provide anonymous confession features.

Although your public identity may not be displayed when using an anonymous feature, you remain responsible for the content you submit.

Anonymous features must not be used to:

You must have the necessary rights or permissions to publish content on Lekhak.

You may not upload or publish someone else's copyrighted work without permission, unless you have a valid legal basis to do so.

Uploading copyrighted photographs without permission

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Lekhak without authorization, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing content.

We may remove content that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual property rights.

11. Relekhed / Reposting

Lekhak may provide features that allow users to share or repost content.

When using such features, you must not represent another person's original work as your own.

Reposting functionality may preserve attribution or links to the original creator where supported by the platform.

12. AI and Writing Assistance

Lekhak may provide AI-powered writing tools, including writing suggestions, rewriting, grammar assistance, summarization, translation, idea generation, or other features.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain mistakes, inaccurate information, or unintended similarities to existing content.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted content before publishing it.

You must not use Lekhak's AI features to generate content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Lekhak does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, original, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

13. Recipes, Health, Financial, Legal, and Other Advice

User-generated content may contain opinions, recommendations, recipes, instructions, or other information.

Such content is provided for informational purposes only.

Lekhak does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, completeness, or reliability of user-generated information.

Users should independently verify information before relying on it, particularly where it concerns:

Medicine
Nutrition
Food safety
Finance
Investments
Law
Safety
Travel

Professional services

Lekhak is not responsible for decisions made based solely on user-generated content.

14. Maps and Location-Based Content

Some Lekhak features may allow users to associate posts with geographic locations.

You are responsible for ensuring that the location information you publish is appropriate.

Do not publish another person's private address, exact location, or other sensitive location information without appropriate authorization.

Location information associated with publicly visible content may be visible to other users depending on the feature and your settings.

You are responsible for your comments and interactions.

Comments must comply with these Terms and must not be used for:

Availability

26. Availability of the Services

Reliance on user-generated content
Third-party services
Account suspension
Service interruption

AI-generated content
User interactions

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

29. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lekhak and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

30. Account Suspension and Termination

Provide fraudulent verification information

You may stop using Lekhak at any time.
